Facilities
The museum has a small research library with books, diaries, logs, journals and other works pertinent to the White River Valley and region. In addition the museum has a photograph collection with thousands of historic images, and bound regional newspapers from 1894 to 1982.
Use
of Facility
All use of museum property is to be carried out on site during regular museum hours (12:00 noon to 4:00 Wednesday through Sunday) or by appointment. Copies of photographs will require two weeks processing, and there is a separate policy covering their use.

Research
Services
If you wish to do your own research, there is no fee, in fact museum admission is not required for use of the library. If you wish to use the services of our research staff the fee is $15 per hour for individuals, $25 per hour for commercial enterprises.
Any person or entity requesting research services shall hold harmless the White River Valley Museum, staff and volunteers from any legal claims or damages arising from or out of any information provided as a result of the Museum Research Service.
